Rule Changes and Other Modifications

Hi. Im making this thread on behalf of all nulled staff in order to assess the rules or regulations people have problems understanding (whether it's because rule is ambiguous, not detailed enough, or incorrectly written) 

 

If you have any rule change you have in mind (whether it's in terms of reach of the rule or how it's explained) or if you want to add new rules you think are necessary, please post your suggestions here.

people below 2 months account age should not be allowed to create a thread in exchange section as many scammers flooding it already by creating new account every few days and by offering lucrative rates scamming people and worse (as discussed sir)

Marketplace offers of any sort cannot be ambiguous or require any sort of further contact in order to find out more about x product or deal unless it directly impacts the deal itself.

Stops time wasting, poor / sketchy deals and makes it much easier to navigate the market.

here's a good suggestion,

mods when they give a warning to someone they should have a proof regarding the warning since warning points can't be removed.

i got a warning point by bob 2 days ago and the reason was rep4rep,and i didn't do any re4prep stuff (it's not fair)

 

i'm a mod on other forum and i do take screenshots as proofs when giving warning/bans to people (people who are active and contribute not people who leech) just in case someone tried to appeal (i delete screenshots after 3 days of giving a warning/ban)

to separate the marketplace  for customers that they can easily find for what they look as example:

 

-Paid Tools Marketplace

-Separating of Combos Marketplace and Config Marketplaces

-Hire a Coder Marketplace

 

 

As well a suggestion that  the  Config and Combos marketplace  getting tested from the Staff team since many people sell there stuff who is basically not a penny worth

Some products are not allowed to be sold here. There should be a rule that englobes all of them (Streamate, National IDs, passports, etc...)

People posts threads in marketplace thinking that it's allowed as there is no official rule.

Few modifications;

• Auto-ban system in SB if you post cashlinks, or threads. Threads is an exception for staff.
• Scan sub-links in thread for cashlinks. For example pastebin paste that contains cashlink. Will still be Automatically banned.
• If NSFW allowed next year. Have NSFW flairs on threads (Like Reddit has). And a filter to filter out all threads that have (NSFW Flair).
• Before you can post / chat. You must take part of a X question quiz about the rules here. Will prevent people from not reading the required rules.

The rule about not being allowed to have your own ToS should be changed imo, as for some services it causes issues.

 

I run a web-hosting business, and a few days ago we found someone was hosting porn and borderline CP (minors were clothed but in sexual positions).

 

Our web-hosting only allows SFW websites, it has been a rule since the beginning. (so no porn)

And we obviously don't allow CP and borderline CP, it says in our ToS.

 

But the person tried to use that rule to say that basically we shouldn't shut his account down because we aren't allowed to have our own ToS.

 

So then he's allowed to host CP on our servers?

 

Imo that rule should be changed, as for web-hosting, RDPs and other services you need a ToS to function.
