The RDP I had through rdp.sh was banned for using a proxyless cracking program to crack mail-access Amazon accounts. In hindsight, obv you always want to use additional proxies but the ONE TIME I try to crack something proxyless (less than 700 combo lines btw) this happens :P

Anyway here's the gist of my nightmare emailing support. Some is literally copied and pasted (other bits are heightened for dramatic effect).

1) I email support, they show me that my server was reported. Attached report. 100% clear it was from using a proxyless cracking program.

2) I respond saying, yo can I get a new server? It's clear I was just cracking and rdp.sh allows that shit, homie.

3) "Hello, no, sorry, we can't do that. We don't tolerate illegal activities, you should have protected yourself by using VPNs and/or proxies, be careful next time."

4) My response:
"Hello, as per the RDP.SH ToS which can be found here: https://www.nulled.t...ontact-details/

You are not allowed to do any of the following things:
- Do not host botnets / RATS
- Do not DDOS
- No portscanning
- No hosting of child porn.

Proxyless cracking DOES NOT fall under any of these categories in the ToS. In fact, its quite well-known that RDP.SH allows cracking and always had, regardless of whether it is proxyless cracking or not. Please reissue my RDP since I did not act out side your ToS. Thanks."
5) Support: "Hello, that's not an official document, there is no signed agreement, your server has been reported and that's the end of the story"  :??:  :??:  :??:

Thus bring us to here. I'm not complaining, I sincerely want to know what I did wrong so I can avoid a situation like this in the future. Thx

See they don't even have anything in their thread that states what their discord is. The graphic says "click here for discord" but it just links to rdp.sh. Not to mention the ToS link on their site is broken. But for somebody like me, who clicks the thread, goes directly to the site and buys the service (without coming across the discord server whatsoever), you apparently get screwed by having misinformation / missing information in the sales thread. Sucks man

Yeah but I'm mostly a loner in this community. I don't belong to most of the groups wherein I could have come across this info secondhand. Even that would have been nicer than finding out AFTER making a purchase.

Maybe I'm an idiot but this is what I realized. I keep wondering if there's something in plain site I'm glancing over.

- they dont have any faq in their sales thread

- they dont have any faq on their website
- apparently the only section for info is on their discord
- and when you click the "Click here for discord" button on their thread...
- IT SENDS YOU TO THEIR WEBSITE

Hello,

there is no more Discord server, support is via email only.

Our website is still being updated, that includes our terms. We will improve it soon.

We obviously can't include ALL possible illegal activities of this world in there, some fall under common sense too.

Do not hesitate to contact us again,

RDP.sh Support
