I am new here and I am hoping to give VB Decompiler Pro v10.0  a test. But, I don't see any software links yet.

 

As soon as I logged in I got this message on the first page... Wooo it's like being back in 4th grade.

Hello to all.  I am requesting a  little help.

 

I downloaded the file twice. Got 13.3 MB (13,982,559 bytes) each time.

 

But 7Zip can not open the RAR file.  It may be corrupted , or it needs a password. 

 

7Zip says.... "Can not open file  file_path_name.RAR as archive."

 

I am using Chrome and Win 7.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Never mind.  The RAR at the URL provided, is loaded with malware, according to VirusTotal.  The system found 11.  Below is the VirusTotal report.
