I've bought a Netflix upgrade on June 6th, after 2 days it went from 4 screens UHD to 2 screens standard, and one month later it completed stopped working and my subscription is now paused. I've submitted a ticket but still no answer.
When I buy a lifetime guarantee product I expect to get an high-level support. Could you check?

We stopped selling Netflix, because all the suppliers gave as an annual guarantee without downgrade, but we realized that the method that everyone uses is not as stable as they said, so now we are trying to find a solution for those who have bought the account in the past . Today you should receive an answer, in which we offer either a refund or to continue to offer the service but unfortunately it will always have downgrades and that we do not recommend as suppliers cannot keep up with the downgrades.
