feels like cheated, bought almost 400 keys, almost 350 acc downgraded. now its impossible to ask everyone to provide evidence, cause I have used temper mail to upgrade. Now they are asking proofs from reseller. I have provided few, but no answer from anyone.

How could 350 accounts have been downgraded suddenly? it is not possible that in 2 days they have all been removed, so there is something wrong, it is normal that we ask for proof to proceed with a replacement, but we do not expect someone to have 350 keys to be replaced suddenly. So the next time when an account is downgraded contact us immediately, don't wait to get to this point.

We stopped selling Netflix, because all the suppliers gave as an annual guarantee without downgrade, but we realized that the method that everyone uses is not as stable as they said, so now we are trying to find a solution for those who have bought the account in the past . Today you should receive an answer, in which we offer either a refund or to continue to offer the service but unfortunately it will always have downgrades and that we do not recommend as suppliers cannot keep up with the downgrades.
