Anyone trying to se Alienware, here's a little heads up, they changed their policy recently and will now no longer give out advanced replacements if the product was purchased on Ebay or amazon, they now only give out advanced replacements if the product was a direct purchase of dell.

 

I just failed wanted to give you guys a heads up.
