Additional Information: I got sold a public method which is a paypal chargeback. that's a public method obv, and somebody even wrote it in his thread. seller wont admit it is public and doesnt want to refund.

First of all I sold you a working method that I'm still using at the moment to get full nitro and for customers too

Secondly if you read my TOS that will guarantee you a working method and no refunds !

 

Since you was upset and sad because you already knew the method I offered you more than 50% money back and you denied it.

So, After minutes you asked for the refund again but Unfortunately it was not available.

btw, Rule 9 doesnt say anything about a public leak. it only mentions beeing public:

Selling online goods which is already public is prohibited.
