The Flower Cart, situated in Baltimore City, Maryland, is a cherished family-run florist and plant shop. Fred and Joy Koletar established this business in 1961, and it is now under the second-generation ownership of Mike and Kerry Koletar. With our main store located on Harford Road and having been a part of The Johns Hopkins Hospital community for over 30 years, we have been proudly serving the Baltimore area. Our flowers hail from various corners of the globe, but we take special pride in fostering strong ties with local flower farms in the Baltimore region and offering locally grown products whenever possible.
