Did an order with him for a luxury UK retailer - managed it for me. I wish the communications were more prompt, but understand if he has a lot of business going on. However, the key thing is that he would reply me within a week - so I can live with that. Very slow communication, does not verify if he has started the refund or not so you don't know if its ok to give your order to another refunder. Would not recommend if you want updates or good customer service.
